What We’re Doing

Our improvement plan includes renovating and modernizing the properties, creating economic and employment opportunities, and developing a social services plan with a non-profit provider that will contribute to the well-being of all residents. Renovation Plans

  • Fully renovated units including new interior doors, windows, flooring, kitchens and baths
  • Installation of new Virtual Doorman Intercom System for convenience and improved security
  • New kitchen appliances for a modern feel
  • New lighting and electrical panels to prevent electrical surges
  • Building interior improvements through additional lighting, better air quality, new mailboxes, front doors with key fob access systems
