Through the Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program, comprehensive repairs will be brought to Audubon, Bethune Gardens, and Marshall Plaza to modernize each property and provide residents with access to employment opportunities. Residents will also benefit from new property management and enhanced social services through the addition of a new social services provider.
